The Year of Sexual Transmutation:
One Man's Quest For Understanding

This is a true story. I practiced sexual transmutation for one year. The results of the experiment are published below.

I'm a 27-year old male with a passion for self-improvement, entrepreneurship, and creating a fulfilling life. In the last 9-months, I taught myself the art of sexual transmutation. I also happened to gross $1,100,000+ in revenue in 2009. Some people reading this may doubt my claim, but I can assure you everything I write is real.

The Secret Behind Sexual Transmutation

Have you ever noticed that you feel tired after ejaculating? Did you feel less motivated to work? Did you feel less energized to go out and meet women? I do not know the scientific reason that men feel lethargic after ejaculation; I just know it's not good for productivity.

The first step of this process is to refrain from ejaculating for a period of time. I suggest trying to last 5 to 7 days at a time. However, if you've been ejaculating many times a day, you will still find beneficial effects for stopping for a period of days.

When I read the book Think & Grow Rich -- Napoleon Hill does not mention the important step of not ejaculating, as a process of transforming the sexual energy. I imagine this is because the book was written a long time ago, and even talking about masturbation was taboo.

Now, what begins to happen if you do not ejaculate for a period of days? In my experience, the first thing that happens is you will be filled with the urge to masturbate or have sex. That's pretty obvious.

If you have been masturbating daily for some time, I suggest you try to stop ejaculating for 1-day. Then 2-days. Then 3-days. Keep extending the time until you reach a period of 7 days. For me, this process took several months before I was able to fully control myself. For example, after a few days, I would just "throw in the towel" and start again. Oh well, that happens. You just need to take daybreak and then try again the following day.

Just 9-months ago, I came upon the topic of sexual transmutation in the book Think & Grow Rich& by Napoleon Hill. If you have not read the chapter, it gives a very good introduction to the topic. You can read it online here.

My Personal Experience With ST

So here's my story. I'll try to be as direct as possible. I'll also give you the specific steps I used to transform my life, attract beautiful women, buy an 08' corvette convertible in cash, and rent a million dollar condo on the beach.

I was curious about the topic, mainly because I found myself masturbating way too much. Since I work from home on my computer, it was very easy for me to "get distracted" if you know what I mean. This led to a loss of productivity. I also got pissed off at myself that I was not making a better effort to meet women.

I remember reading Think & Grow Rich several times. Specifically, the chapter on sexual transmutation. I also downloaded the audio chapter tape and listened to it about ten times while running. Yes, this was probably excessive, but it took me a very long time to even "get" what Napoleon Hill was even writing about.

Of course, I googled "sexual transmutation" - but there were no solid resources on the subject.

The first step for me was understanding how I felt after I masturbated compared to how I felt when I went a few days without ejaculating.

I immediately noticed that when I did not masturbate, my energy levels were higher, I felt more motivated to work, and my general happiness and well being improved.

I started realizing the positive affects immediately.

The next step was to see how long I could go without masturbating. The first few times, I lasted a few days. Then 5 or so days, then 7, and finally 15 days.

This period of initial experimentation was fascinating. I tried to pay attention to my spiritual, emotional and physical state of being each day.

One thing that stands out is I become more aggressive as each day past. I would drive faster, want more, and hustle harder. For me, these are all positives attributes.

I also noticed that my level of thinking expanded enormously. I thought bigger than ever before, and I set goals that in my previous state would have seemed difficult to obtain.

For example, I wrote on my white board these numbers: 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k, 50k.

This number stood for how much income I wanted to make in a single day.

I’m an internet marketer and I run my own business and felt these goals achievable.

I remember hitting the first goal, 5k in one day. I put a check mark next to the number on my white board.

Within a month, I hit then second goal. Then the third, fourth, and finally after several months, I hit my final goal of earning $50,000 in a single day.

I suppose most people would be shocked at these numbers. In my personal life, I’ve only told these numbers to a select few of my inner mastermind circle of friends.

The reason why I’m sharing these numbers with you is to prove that this stuff works.

It’s not rocket science, either.

So, let’s get back to the story..

As I continued my experiments with ST, I lacked any resource that could teach me how to effectively transmute sexual energy (or “raw” energy) into more productive means.

In fact, I hardly knew what the term “transmute” even meant. Now I realize that the word simply means to “channel” the sexual energy into other activities.

But with no resources on the topic, I had to defer to the trial and error approach.

I soon began to understand the concept in greater detail.

I realized that when my mind was focused on work, I could accomplish a lot more. I realized that I had the power to lift heavier weights at the gym. I began to take up art and playing the guitar.

The trick was simple: I simply took action during the day. The sexual energy that I had from not masturbating would funnel into the activity that my mind was focused on.

During this same period, I figured out that if I was not focused- I would actually feel worse. If I was not actively channeling this sexual energy into more productive means, then I would feel somewhat tired, cranky, angry, and annoyed.

Why was it that when I was active, everything was great? But when I took no action, I felt like crap?

I came to realize that sexual energy is also raw energy. Sexual energy is like an unstable molecule that can explode at any time. It’s like rocket fuel..

Let’s take the rocket fuel analogy a bit further. Think of your body as your vehicle. The more productive you are during the day, the faster your vehicle can go. Now, sexual energy is like rocket fuel. If you aren’t productive during the day, it’s like putting rocket fuel into a Honda. The Honda will stall and may drive erratically. However, if you are super-productive and have a high level of creative expression during the day, you are now piloting a rocket ship with rocket fuel. Everything works properly and you can take off.

Another realization was the importance of physical exercise during this process. When I was not physically active, the sexual energy would build in my lower body and would not be distributed. The energy would be unrefined and hard to control. After exercising for 30 minutes to 2 hours, the raw energy would be tamed and easier to control. My mind would be more focused and I could channel that focus into other productive activities.

I also began to understand how sexual energy is also creative energy and expression. By taking up art and guitar, it allowed me to further channel and increase this energy. I would recommend any type of creative expression, including dance, singing, wearing funky clothes, visualizing, etc. All these activities are good while practicing ST.

What happens when you begin to practice ST is that your sex drive actually goes way up. At least, it did for me. My thoughts became woven with sexuality and I desired female interaction and female sexual energy more than ever. To me, this is also positive.

I’m a young, sexual guy and I have no desire to refrain from having female company. So if I ejaculate while with a woman, it’s no big deal. I’ll just start over from day 1 and continue practicing ST until the next encounter.

In fact, I had a girlfriend for 3-months during the 8-month period of practicing ST. It worked well, because she lived in another city and I would see her every 2 weeks. If you currently have a girlfriend and find you are sleeping with her all the time, ST can also work for you if you are disciplined and do not ejaculate when you are with her. (Easier said than done!)

As I continued to practice ST, I realized there was a “threshold” period that occurred around day 7 or 8. If I did not ejaculate for approximately 8 days, on the 9th day my energy levels were a bit lower and I could not extract much more benefit from abstaining. For this reason, I find the ideal time to withhold ejaculation is 7 days for me.

I recently came upon a 2000-year-old book called the “Chinese Tao of Sexology.” The book says that you should divide your age by 5 to get your “cycle.” So for example, if I divide 27 yrs old by 5, I get 5.4. Apparently, if I ejaculate once every 5.4 days, I will not lose energy. If I go longer than that, I will gain energy. And if I go shorter than that, I will lose energy. I agree with this, but only up to a certain point. After 7-10 days, I find it better to just “start over” and ejaculate and start the next cycle.

This is not an exact science. The practice of ST is more like creating a painting for yourself. You need to find what works best for you—which comes with experimentation and practice.

Although it’s not directly related to ST, I would like to share with you an experience I had with my ex-girlfriend. The first night we were together was magical. I believe I was on day 7 or so, and I ended up meeting this great girl and we spent the night in a hammock together, rocking back and forth. Basically, by practicing ST and also practicing contracting the perineum (PC muscle), I was able to be with her for approximately 5 hours without ejaculating. I had never experienced anything like this before, and it was quite fun. I believe what we both unknowingly experienced is simply “tantric” sex. I will go into more detail about this practice later.

So now that I’ve covered many of the basic topics, let’s dive into a little more detail..

Thinking Big

As you experience ST, you may find that you are more confident and possess more power. You may stand up straighter, engage in eye contact more frequently, and take on more alpha-male dominant traits.

Use this opportunity to think big.

Project and visualize your future.
Begin to channel your energy into creating a new and improved lifestyle for yourself.

During ST, I often feel that I am quicker to make decisions. My thinking is clear and focused. I accomplish more than ever before.

These positive characteristics are amplified by creating clearly defined goals. This helps you remain focused on specific objectives while practicing ST.

As I discussed earlier, I was able to make $50,000 in 1-day by writing that specific goal on my white board and then directing my energy towards achieving it.

It helps to step back and take a clear look at yourself. Are there areas you would like to change? If so, now is a great time to transform yourself with the power of ST.

Avoiding Negativity

As you concentrate your raw sexual energy, you may notice that your ability to focus dramatically improves.

I suggest you focus on positive, rather than negative (energy draining) thoughts and activities.

If you watch yourself carefully, you will notice your energy being drained by negativity.

It is good to avoid negativity, complaining, and small-minded thinking.

Consider each situation in positive terms.

When you practice positive thinking in addition to ST, you will find your energy increasing and a greater ability to move with focus through life.

The Power of Exercise

I suggest exercising for at least 30 minutes each day. The more exercise you do, the easier it will be for you to convert the raw sexual energy into a more refined, usable energy.

I noticed that the power of ST exponentially improves with daily exercise.

Without exercise, your mind will be more erratic and you energy may even by lower than usual.

Think of transforming raw sexual energy into refined energy as a conversion process:

The process of conversion (through exercise, creativity and expression) stabilizes raw energy into a form that can then be used for increased productivity, business endeavors, and life enhancing activities.

You need both conversion and channeling to see results from ST.

I suggest running, weight lifting, yoga, or intense aerobic exercise such as swimming, dancing or basketball.

I’ve found a connection between exercising my legs (through leg presses, running, etc) and the transformation of raw sexual energy. So don’t forget to work out your legs, too.

Your local gym or yoga studio may offer Kundalini Yoga. This particular form of Yoga helps activate the base of the spine and various chakras throughout the body. Any type of yoga is recommended.

What I describe in this book is nothing new. Yogis have been practicing the art of transmuting sexual energy for thousands of years. Part of this process is opening yourself to new ideas and ways of thinking.

Try exercising 5 to 6 days per week for at least 30 minutes per session for best results.

Circulating Sexual Energy Through the Body

While practicing ST, it is important to “raise” this sexual energy from the groin area through perineum to the base of the spine, up the spine to the brain, and then back down the front of the body to the stomach.

The Link Between Success & Sex Drive

Many of the most successful businessman, artists, world leaders and spiritual teachers throughout history had highly developed sex drives.

It’s no secret that sexual energy is one of the most powerful forces known to man. In fact, men will do just about anything (including killing, lying, stealing, etc) for the purpose of sex.

Just look at an aggressive, fierce bull with massive power. Yet, what happens to that same bull after it’s been castrated? It losses it’s power and becomes docile.

In the book Think & Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill interviews hundreds of successful businessman. It is no surprise that he finds that a highly developed sex drive is a common trait among the most powerful people.

Although ST will work at any age, I believe younger people (age 15 to 40) can see greater results because their sex drives are typically much higher. Your sex drive is a gift!

Practicing ST will expand, enhance and channel your sex drive for productive and fulfilling new ventures. Learn to use it now while you are young and reap the benefits throughout your entire life.

Sexual Energy & Creative Expression

Sex energy is creative energy.

While practicing ST, you may notice you are more creative. Your ability to write, sing, draw, dance, create business deals, etc, will improve.

Become aware and acknowledge your creative side. It is a terrific way to channel sexual energy. If you are not a creative person, then take this opportunity to indulge in new creative pursuits.

Harnessing the Power of ST

You can apply ST to any area of your life.

As an entrepreneur, I’m always looking for ways to get ahead. It’s my love for business that drove my passion for ST.

If you are like me, you want to know how to make more money and live the life of your dreams.

Previous to ST, I lived in a $900/month rental duplex with orange carpet and drove an ’88 Honda Civic.

Eight months after practicing ST, I drive a 08’ Corvette convertible and rent a million dollar condo. I travel around the world. I’m leaving for Melbourne in a week.

You get the picture.

I want to share with you how you can also become widely successful using ST.

#1 - Know What You Want

As I mention throughout this book, I suggest getting a whiteboard and writing down specific goals that you would like to achieve.

Next, you must figure out a timeline for those goals.

If you want to start a new business, then write down specific dates for accomplishing each task leading up to starting the business.

Break down your goal into mini-goals. These are the goals that you are aiming to achieve on a day-to-day, week-by-week, and month-by-month basis.

Using Excel or a notepad, you should now have a clear picture of what you need to accomplish for each week and month.

Next, write down all the specific action steps associated with each of your mini-goals.

For example, let’s say I want to increase my income by $1,000 a month in 3 months from now. My mini goal would be to increase my income by $200 on Month-1, $500 on month-2, and $1000 on month-3.

Now, I write down the action steps associated with my mini-goal. For example, to make an extra $200 this month, I may need to sell an additional 10 units in my business. Which means I need to sell approximately 3 additional units each week, or approximately 1 more unit every other day.

In order to sell 1 more unit every other day, I need to call approximately 50 new people a day and pitch them. In order to call 50 new people, I need to free up 3 more hours per day of my time. In order to dedicate 3 hours per day, I need to cut out TV and dedicate this time to my business.

As you can see in this example, I started with my goal. Then I broke it down to mini-goals on a day-by-day basis. Then I wrote down the specific changes in my life I need to work on to accomplish this goal.

Now that you have this information, you can apply the power of ST to accomplish your action steps.

Notice that I have clear action steps? In the example above, I simply need to stop watching TV and then pick up the phone and call 50 people each day. This is an example of a clear action step.

Each night, I will note in my journal (or Excel) if I accomplished my action steps. You should keep clear records each day of the number of units sold, and your goal for that particular day.

Each Sunday, review the previous week and figure out if you are meeting your goals and what you need to change.

This process isn’t about mediocrity. It’s about life transformation. I’ve clearly explained what you need to do. If you fail to do this, then it’s your own fault. Do not blame ST, and do not blame me for your lack of results.

#2 – Think of Your New Life in “Cycles”

Day 1 is the first day after ejaculation. Day 7 is 7-days after you last ejaculated. This is 1-complete ‘cycle’. Typically, day-8 will be ‘rest’ (ejaculation) day. Then start over at day 1 again.

Your energy level at day 1 will be different at day 7. And your energy at day 7 will be very different from day-8.

When I first started practicing ST, I did not understand this concept. I treated day 1 as the same as day 7. In fact, you should have much higher energy levels and awareness at day 7. This is the best time to do your ‘higher” level thinking.

On day 1, you should be preparing yourself for the rest of the ST cycle. This means you should be eating healthy, avoiding sugar and drugs, doing physical exercise, and cleaning and organizing yourself for the rest of the week.

On day 2, you should begin to feel a change in your physiology. You can immediately multiply this small energy shift by intense exercise (weight lifting). On the night of day 2, you should feel pretty good.

For me, day 3 is always a really strong day. I almost always wake up feeling more powerful and ready for action. I try to remain as focused as possible and I start to see some good results from ST.

On day 4 through day 7 are all very productive days for me. I tend to get a lot accomplished and generally feel very good if I exercise each day and eat healthy foods.

On day 8, after ejaculation I typically feel much lower energy. But I also feel like some of the stress is relieved and I’m back to my “normal” self. It’s important to continue with ST the following day. You are in danger of defaulting back to your old habits and not practicing ST because your energy levels are lower.

If you are dedicated to ST, then you will realize that it’s better to avoid the small pleasure of ejaculation for another 7-days in order to achieve the greater vision for your life.

Now that you know the basics of a typical “cycle” you can begin to “play” with this new energy in different ways.

For example, on day 6 or 7, I’m a much better negotiator. I’m more authoritative and powerful. In business, I find people are more responsive. I also notice I am more demanding and I “cut to the chase.”

When I first started practicing ST, I became much more aggressive. I even remember yelling at people over the phone and becoming easily angered.

This is very unlike me.

I later realized that this negative behavior was the result of not channeling the raw energy properly. Once I started running in the morning and focused on becoming aware of my energy, the anger mostly disappeared.

#3 - Become Aware of Your Energy

With practice, you will begin to notice your raw sexual energy.

When I started, I had no clue about my energy levels.

In fact, I regularly masturbated daily and did not realize how much this was draining my energy. I would wonder why I was lazy. I would not accomplish much during the day. I did not feel that “burning desire” to reach my goals.

Only several weeks after I began to practice ST did I realize the negative affect that ejaculation had on my energy levels.

After this realization, I began to wonder how many days I could go without ejaculating—and what affect would this have on my energy?

The longest attempt was 15-days without ejaculation.

Around day 13 to 15, I became very restless. My mind was spinning. I did not have a clear level of focus. Basically, what was happening was my sexual energy was overpowering me!

I now believe it’s possible to go for 15 days or more without ejaculating—and still reap positive benefits. But you must be very good at channeling this energy into productive activities.

If I am preparing for a fight or running a marathon, I could see how extending the cycle to 15 days or more without ejaculating could be beneficial. However, I’ve realized that going any more than 7 days without ejaculating is too powerful for the level of clarity and sanity I desire.

What I’m describing is specific energy changes that happen on specific days in my ST cycle. Your results may be very different than mine. That is fine. Just become aware of any changes that occur.

Specifically, if you feel restless, tired, angry, annoyed, etc, then you need to do more to channel and transform your raw sexual energy.

#4 – Sealing Up “Energy Leaks”

Think of a field of flowers. These flowers are growing quite nicely. You are on one side of the field, and your life goals are on the other side of the field.

You can simply walk through the field, smell the flowers, and be very happy as you walk towards accomplishing your dreams.

Now, as you walk through this field, you also notice some other plants like marijuana, caffeine, and even a mushroom or two.

Next, a few people with really negative energy start talking to you about their problems. Oh, and a TV magically appears and starts to tell you all this entertaining stuff.

And there’s a fun roller coaster in the opposite direction. It’s not where you want to go, but you can take a fun detour, right?

In this example, I illustrate someone walking through life, trying to accomplish his goals.

At one point in life, he had amazing visions, dreams and goals. But somehow, he got distracted by all the chaos of the world.

There’s a lesson to be learned from this example. If you want to cross the field to reach your goals, you need to eliminate distractions. You must cut off all distractions and negativity.

These negative influences are “energy leaks” which drain your ability to successfully channel and convert raw energy into productive and uplifting pursuits.

A magical thing happens when you cut out distractions. You will notice a clarity of focus. The obstacles and challenges of daily life become easier to understand and deal with on a higher level.

You might ask, “So how does this relate to ST?”

ST is like a very powerful drug. However, in order for ST to work properly, it requires focus and a clear path ahead.

When your life is full of energy leaks, you are not giving ST a chance to work.

#5 – Living a Healthy Lifestyle

I recommend eating healthy, exercising daily and avoiding TV and other negative influences.

If possible, try to eliminate flour and sugar. I know this sounds impossible, but it’s actually very healthy. Also, eat lots of fruits & vegetables.

Try to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. The exercise should be high intensity (not just walking).

Get outside and into the sun.

TV and the news is an energy leak. If possible, do not watch TV for more than 15 minutes per day.

Avoid negative influences. If someone is constantly complaining, being negative, and generally see the glass as “half empty” – I would suggest limiting your time with them.

Avoid or limit drug use. When you are practicing ST, your focus must be clear.

Marijuana and other drugs affect your sleep schedule and the natural rhythms in your body. When practicing ST, you are attempting to tightly control your rhythms and energy flow. If you are a heavy pot or cigarette smoker, try cutting down on it.

#6 – Becoming a Positive Person

Begin to see the world as your personal playground.

Do not think or talk about “problems” in your life. See any “problems” as interesting life-lessons. Perhaps you had difficulties in the past, but you are now opening a new chapter in your life.

When you are around people, project positive and uplifting energy.

Negativity no longer exists in your new world.

Life is a magical gift!

It’s only a matter of time before you reach your goals.

With ST and a positive attitude, you are transforming yourself into the person you need to be to accomplish your greatest dreams.

Stop caring what others think about you.

Become the person that changes the world.

I am giving you the keys to unlocking a new life for yourself with the power of ST.

#7 – Understanding ST is an Art & Life Long Practice

I literally spent 9-months trying to figure out ST. With little resources on the topic available, I learned most of what I’m writing through trial and error.

Although I’ve revealed much of what I know about the topic to you—you should not expect to figure all of this out on the first day.

Exploring ST is a lifelong process. It takes experimentation, trial and error. You may find that you disagree with me, or you may get different results.

Just because I’m writing about what works for me, does not mean that it will work exactly the same way for you. Your results may be different than my results.

Think of ST as learning to ride a bike. Yes, you can read about how to ride the bike. But ultimately, you need to get on the bike and start riding. Sure, you will fall many times. Yes, you may become frustrated and annoyed. But the ultimate goal of riding that bike is well worth the effort.

Keeping a Journal

I suggest keeping a journal to track your progress.

In my journal, I write the day # (such as “Day 1” if it’s the first day of the cycle). Then I rate myself between 1 and 10 on seven attributes, with 10 being the best and 1 being the worst.

The seven attributes are: mood, motivation level, daily accomplishments, spiritual health, physical health, power, and creativity.

Generally, if I have a good work out at the gym and I’ve had a really productive business day, I’ll typically rate myself as an 8 or so for the physical health and daily accomplishment attributes.

I try to evaluate myself on an honest scale at the end of each night before I go to bed.

Once you rate yourself on these seven attributes, add the numbers together. Then track this final number in a chart from day to day, and from week to week.

Here’s the type of chart I use:

Typically, you will see that the first few days your rating will be the lowest. As the week progresses, your numbers will typically increase. This means your overall well being is improving as you practice ST.

If you find your numbers decreasing throughout the week, then you should look at the areas you score low. Is it physical exercise? Spiritual health? Attempt to improve upon those areas one at a time and watch your score increase from week to week.

What is Day 8 (Rest Day)?

As I explained previously, if you divide your age by 5, you will get your typical “cycle” – This is the minimum number of days you should refrain from ejaculating. I suggest adding 2 days to this number for peak productivity.

So for example, if you are 27 years old, then divide this number by 5 gives you 5.4. Then add 2 to this number, which gives you 7.4, or 7 days. For me, day 8 is the rest day when I can ejaculate a few times.

The fewer times you ejaculate on your rest day, the quicker you will rebound into a productive Day 1.

The Old You Versus The New You

While practicing ST, I am somewhat of a “different” person.

I noticed I would become easily angered and annoyed.

I later realized that these negative characteristics were the manifestation of not transmuting and channeling the sexual energy properly.

If you begin to feel overwhelmed, annoyed, angered, unfocused, etc, then you simply have more “rocket fuel” than you are transmuting.

The solution is to exercise more. Go out and meet new people. Pick up your guitar and start playing it. Try to refine and channel this energy. Give the energy more outlets to expand.

Higher Vibrations & Love

When you begin to practice ST, it is possible for all your anger, depression and anxiety that was pent up and suppressed to rise to the surface of your conscious mind.

The best way to deal with these emotions is with love.

If you find yourself angered, try taking a deep breath and focusing on opening yourself to the positive vibrations of understanding and truth.

You will realize that your anger is without roots. It is an illusion.

Try to practice openness, love, peace and joy at all times.

This will open up the chakras in your body and allow the positive ST energy to expand and flow freely.

Day 2: Pretty good day. Felt better after the cold the last few days. Got up with energy and enthusiasm. Didn't exercise today. OK, fine I was not feeling great and I'd rather recover.

Day 3: It's odd. If I'm not moving forward rapidly than I sink back--which is not good. Harnessing sexual energy is challenging because it's raw and needs to be channeled or converted. So, it has to be refined. I still got stuff done, but I could have done more. I didn't have a concrete plan today, which is why I slacked. Was a bit consumed by sexual energy today, afternoon was distracted. Wasn't feeling good last few days, a bit under the weather. I worked out today and feel surprisingly good now.

Day 4: Some major stuff came together today. Very happy. Happy to see a real business come together in 2 weeks. I guess I work best under deadlines and goals.

Day 5: Tired today. Did some work. Was pretty busy. Vegas soon.

Day 6: Got a lot done.. Wow! I met my goal of getting the network up. Yeah!! Built business in 2 weeks. Fun stuff. Need to call accountant. Miami tomorrow morning. Vegas Sunday. Need to exercise tomorrow!

Day 7: Pretty high energy today. Feel activated. Feel engaged. Ready for work.

A Word of Warning

If you fail to provide channels of creative expression for the sexual energy during ST, then you are in danger of the energy channeling in the wrong directions.

Remember, you are dealing with a powerful force that cannot be suppressed, repressed or inhibited– only channeled.

In some cases, this unchanneled energy can cause psychosis/neurosis.

To avoid this harmful channeling, keep an eye on your mental state and emotions. If you begin to feel enraged, stressed, or disturbed for more than a few days, then stop ST immediately.
